STANDALONE ECU MAPPING · GLOUCESTERSHIRE

Discuss your mapping project
CONTROLLED LOAD. USEFUL DATA.
More than peak power.
A mapping brief should cover how the engine starts, responds and delivers torque, as well as full-load performance. Tell us how the car is used and which behaviours you want to improve.
The linked Vtech 4WD dyno supports steady-state and sweep testing, with dedicated cooling and extraction. The calibration work and any additional road or cold-start checks are agreed for each project.
ENGINE MANAGEMENT
Bring us your specification.
Support depends on the exact ECU, firmware, installation and project. Confirm compatibility before booking; inclusion here is not a guarantee that every model or function is supported.
Share the hardware
Engine, turbo or supercharger, injectors, fuel system, sensors, ECU and fuel used.
Agree the work
Describe the current map, any running issues and the intended road or competition use. We’ll confirm scope, pricing and time required.
Arrive prepared
Discuss wiring, sensor calibration and mechanical readiness in advance. Installation faults may need repair before mapping can begin.
Before your mapping session.
How much does standalone mapping cost?
Mapping is quoted individually because a running car needing refinement is a different job from a fresh installation. Send a full specification for a meaningful quote.
Can you map an ECUMaster EMU Black?
ECUMaster EMU Black is included in Badger5’s published ECU coverage. Send your engine, installation and firmware details so suitability can be confirmed.
Do I need a running base map?
Explain the current state of the installation before booking. The team will confirm what preparation is needed and whether initial startup is part of the agreed work.
Let’s plan your calibration.
Start with the specification and the result you’re aiming for.
