Linked 4WD rollers
Linked front and rear rollers broaden drivetrain compatibility. Twin eddy-current brakes support steady-state calibration as well as sweep testing.

INSIDE BADGER5
A linked Vtech four-wheel-drive rolling road in a purpose-built dyno cell at Aston Down Business Park, near Stroud.

Cooling, extraction and load control support the testing process alongside the rolling road itself.
Linked front and rear rollers broaden drivetrain compatibility. Twin eddy-current brakes support steady-state calibration as well as sweep testing.
Variable-speed cooling fans provide airflow during testing. The setup is configured around the vehicle and session requirements.
Three 20,000 m³/h cell extraction fans and two 2,500 m³/h exhaust extraction fans form the facility’s ventilation system.
